Your Favorite Martian is an independent virtual band from the mind of comedian Ray William Johnson.

Created in the simpler times of 2009, YFM may be the very first independent cartoon band in history. Their popular animated videos have established them as an icon of comedic storytelling, having garnered the group over 500M views and 100M streams. Not bad for a cartoon band with no major record label.

The group primarily consists of four fictional members: Puff Puff, DeeJay, Axel, and Benatar. The YFM universe or “Martian Multiverse” is presented in music videos, still artwork, and animated shorts.
